摘  要:传统的直流等离子渗氮技术存在一些固有缺点,容易导致几何形状复杂的零件表面产生较多表面缺陷。采用一种新的等离子渗氮技术——活性屏等离子渗氮(ASPN)技术对高压开关领域零件进行处理。结果表明,ASPN技术应用到高压开关零件上,可以获得均匀美观且质量良好的零件表面,同时获得了较高的表面硬度和扩散层深度,零件的耐磨性能和耐蚀性能均被提高。The traditional direct-current(DC)plasma nitriding technology has some in herent drawbacks.If the components with complex geometry are treated in DC plasma nitriding,surface defects are formed easily.A new technology called active screen plasma nitriding has been used for the treatment electric power transmission and transformation equipment.The results showed that,active screen plasma nitriding could improve the surface hardness and the depth of the nitrided layer of the components.And the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance are improved substantially.
