摘  要:【目的】探明茶轮斑病病原菌Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola的生物学特性,为茶轮斑病防治药剂的筛选和田间综合防治措施的制定提供科学依据。【方法】采用单因素试验系统研究茶轮斑病病原菌Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola生长的最适温度、pH、培养基和碳氮源。【结果】菌株SQ-20-1的最适生长培养基为PDA培养基,其次为OA培养基;碳源以乳糖,氮源以L-丙氨酸对菌丝生长最佳;菌株在19~28℃下均能生长,最适生长温度为25℃;菌株在pH 6~11均能生长,pH为6时生长速度最快。【Objective】The biological characteristics of Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola,a pathogen of tea gray blight is explored,which is to provide the scientific basis for screening pesticide against tea gray blight and formulating measures for field comprehensive control.【Method】A single factor experiment is employed to study the optimum temperature,pH,medium,carbon and nitrogen source for the growth of P.trachicarpicola.【Result】The optimum growth medium for strain SQ-20-1 is PDA medium,followed by OA medium.Lactose and L-alanine are most beneficial to mycelium growth as carbon source and nitrogen source.The strain can grow under 19-28℃and the optimum growth temperature is at 25℃.The strain can grow at pH 6-11,and the fastest growth rate is at pH 6.
