毕节市魔芋产业发展现状及建议

摘　　要：魔芋为药食两用作物,在食品、医药等领域应用广泛,其市场需求越来越大,具有较高的经济价值;近年,由于脱贫攻坚纵深推进以及农业产业结构加快调整,毕节市魔芋产业得到较快发展,其在助力毕节市脱贫攻坚工作中起到积极推动作用。为推进毕节市魔芋产业发展提供参考,对毕节市魔芋产业发展现状进行综述,认为毕节市魔芋产业发展存在重视程度不够、科技支撑不足及良种繁育体系不健全等问题,并提出推动良种标准化生产、打造良种繁育示范区,加强技术攻关、强化科技支撑,加强产业宣传、构建市场品牌的发展建议。Konjac,a medicinal and edible crop,is widely used in food and medicine fields.Its market demand is increasing,and it has high economic benefit.In recent years,due to poverty alleviation deepening and agricultural industry structure adjustment rapidly,konjac industry in Bijie City has been developed rapidly,which plays an active promotion effect on poverty alleviation in Bijie City.In order to provide a reference for promoting konjac industry development in Bijie City,the development status of konjac industry in Bijie City is reviewed,the problems including deficient concern,lacking of scientific and technological support,and imperfect of improved breeding system are put forward in development of konjac industry of Bijie City,the development countermeasures of promoting improved breeding standard production for building improved breeding demonstration area,enhancing technological breakthroughs for strengthening scientific and technological support,and improving industry promotion for establishing market brand are proposed as well.
