《百症赋》治疗脾胃病取穴特色探析

摘　　要：《百症赋》是古代针灸名赋,本文就其脾胃病相关条文进行逐条分析探讨。其取穴精简,倡用特定穴、奇经八脉,谨守病机,遵循《内经》之道,整体论治,重脾胃而顾它脏,通补兼施,在祛湿与理气治法上颇有特色,为后世医家针灸治疗脾胃病树立典范。Baizheng Fu has been a famous ancient poetic prose on acupuncture and moxibustion.The paper has been based on the 12pieces of prescription related to the spleen and stomach disease.The selected points have been simplified.Acupoint selection in the poetic prose has attached importance to specific points and eight extra meridians.Based on the pathogenesis and the Inner Canon of Huangdi,it has attached great importance to the spleen and stomach and other four viscera,smoothing and invigoration,especially for the application of eliminating dampness and regulating Qi.So it sets up a model for later doctors on treating spleen and stomach disease.
