摘　　要：现代医家对“肾脑相济”的探究大多从肾藏精,精化髓,脑为髓海的角度出发[1~3]。而“肾主水”为中医肾藏象又一生理功能,本文拟从肾主水液代谢与“肾脑相济”关系角度,探讨肾为水火之脏、阴阳之根本、肾司开阖、司二便、脑-AQP1-肾-肠轴与“肾脑相济”的关系。Most of the exploration on“theory of kidney-brain interaction”of modern doctors are from the kidney store essence,the essence born marrow,the brain being the marrow sea.“Kidney governs water”is another physiological?function of kidney viscera in TCM.In this paper,we discuss the relationship between the water metabolism of kidney and“kidney-brain interaction”,explore the relationship between kidney which is the root of Yin and Yang,controls the opening and closing,controls the two-stool,brain-AQP1-kidney-gut axis and“Kidney-brain interaction”.
