从“肠道微生态”角度探讨腻苔与肠道损伤的关系

摘　　要：腻苔是中医临床实践过程中一种常见的病理性舌苔,是反映脾胃病的重要特征之一。众所周知,慢性复杂性功能性胃肠病与脾胃关系密切,表现为多维度、多层次的慢性肠道损伤。根据现代医学、分子生物学肠道微生态系统与慢性胃肠疾病关系密切,本文围绕“肠道微生物—肠道损伤—腻苔”这一微观与宏观链条探讨腻苔与肠道损伤的关系,为中医辨治慢性肠道损伤提供参考。The greasy coating is a common pathological tongue coating in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is one of the important characteristics reflecting spleen and stomach disease.As we all know,chronic complex functional gastrointestinal diseases are closely related to the spleen and stomach,presented as multi-dimensional,multi-level chronic intestinal damage.According to modern medicine and molecular biology,the intestinal micro-ecosystem is closely related to chronic gastrointestinal diseases.This article discusses the relationship between greasy coating and intestinal damage around the micro and macro chains of“gut microbes-intestinal damage-greasy coating”,providing references for TCM to identify and treat chronic intestinal damage.
