标本根结、气街四海理论在妇科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：通过对标本根结和气街四海理论研究及针灸治疗妇科疾病有关资料的总结,进一步探究标本根结、气街四海理论在妇科疾病上的应用。标本根结阐述了经气的升降出入,上下内外的对应关系,强调了四肢与头身的密切关系,为远近配穴和特定穴的临床应用提供了理论基础;气街四海说明了人体头、胸、腹、胫部的分段关系密切,强调了俞募配穴的重要性,联络了三焦脏腑与经络腧穴,对针灸治疗妇科疾病有指导意义。The application of the theory of root and end,Qi passage and four seas in gynecological diseases was further explored by summarizing the research on the theory of root and end,Qi passage and four seas of specimens and the relevant data of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Root and end illustrates the fluctuation of Channel-Qi,the correspondence between the upper and lower parts and the inner and outer parts,and the close relationship between the limbs and the head and body are emphasized.Qi passage and four seas have explained the close relationship among the head,chest,abdomen and tibia of the human body,have emphasized the importance of Shu-Mu points,and connected the Zang-Fu organs of the triple energizer and the meridians and acupoints,which has guided significance for the treatment of gynecological diseases by acupuncture and moxibustion.
