摘 要:地下实验室新风及其配套系统是地下实验室基础建设中的重要环节。为避免空气中的氡渗入新风系统,尽可能地降低环境本底辐射造成的干扰,需要对通风管道的运行状况进行实时且精准的监测。由于工作条件和工作环境的限制,泄漏监测系统面临着管道工作压力低、管径大、泄漏等故障信号强度低等主要技术难点,且通风管道的气体介质为弹性较大的空气或者氮气,在相同振幅条件下,信号能量较低,传输距离短,给泄漏监测带来困难。该文提出在泄漏监测系统设计中采用融合管道内部和管道外部声波等多信号源的监测方法,实现对管道泄漏、堵塞等安全事件的实时监测与定位。经放气测试证明,该方法能进一步改善系统检测灵敏度、定位误差、反应时间、数据管理等主要性能参数,有效保障新风系统安全运行。The fresh air and its supporting system of the underground laboratory are important links in the infrastructure construction of the underground laboratory.In order to avoid the radon in the air permeating into the fresh air system and reduce the interference caused by the background radiation of the environment as much as possible,it is necessary to carry out real-time and accurate monitoring on the operation of ventilation pipes.Due to the limitation of working conditions and working environment,the leakage monitoring system is faced with the main technical difficulties such as low working pressure,large pipe diameter,low signal strength of leakage and so on.The gas medium of ventilation pipe is air or nitrogen with large elasticity.Under the same amplitude condition,the signal energy is low and the transmission distance is short,which brings difficulties to the leakage monitoring.In the design of the leakage monitoring system,we adopt the monitoring method of integrating the internal and external acoustic waves of the pipeline to realize the real-time monitoring and positioning of safety events such as pipeline leakage and blockage.It is proved by the test of air release that it can further improve the main performance parameters of the system,such as detection sensitivity,positioning error,response time,data management,and effectively ensure the safe operation of the fresh air system.
