以应用能力为导向的国际工程外语人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的不断推进,国际工程项目的数量也在不断增加,对于国际工程外语人才的需求量也在逐步攀升,但是我国的国际工程外语人才一直处于紧缺状态。国际工程外语人才不仅要具备良好外语沟通能力,要熟悉与工程相关的专业知识,在国际工程项目之中扮演着不可替代的角色。但是,我国在对国际工程外语人才培养的过程之中往往忽略了应用能力的培养,不能够满足国际工程对于人才的需求。本文首先阐述了国际工程外语人才培养的重要性,然后分析了国际工程外语人才应用能力培养中存在的问题,最后提出了优化路径,希望能够适应经济全球化的需求培养出综合素质强硬的国际工程外语人才。With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,the number of international engineering projects is also increasing,and the demand for international engineering foreign language talents is gradually rising,but my country’s international engineering foreign language talents have been in a state of shortage.International engineering foreign language talents must not only have good foreign language communication skills,but also be familiar with engineeringrelated professional knowledge,and play an irreplaceable role in international engineering projects.However,in the process of cultivating international engineering foreign language talents,my country often neglects the cultivation of application ability,which cannot meet the needs of international engineering talents.This article first expounds the importance of the training of international engineering foreign language talents,then analyzes the problems existing in the training of the application ability of international engineering foreign language talents,and finally proposes an optimized path,hoping to adapt to the needs of economic globalization to cultivate a comprehensive and strong international engineering foreign language talents.
