摘　　要：随着世界经济全球化和一体化的进行,商业往来使人与人之间的交流变得日益频繁。与来自不同文化背景的人打交道的同时必不可少地要进行不同文化之间的交流,接触到不同文化的碰撞。本文即以美剧《初来乍到》为例,从文化维度理论出发,通过分析美籍华人一家人在美国努力融入当地文化过程中的问题,揭示出了中美家庭价值观方面的差异,从而在了解差异的基础上更好地促进跨文化交流。With the ongoing globalization and economic integration,business communication makes people interchange more frequently than before.Inevitably,people’s interchange involves cross-cultural communication and cultural conflicts.This thesis analyzes problems Chinese-American family meets based on cultural dimensions theory when integrating into local culture,revealing differences between Chinese and American family values,finally better promoting cross-cultural communication based on knowing the differences.
