摘  要:复杂的拓扑电路系统设计采用大量对称传输线结构,在保障传输性能的条件下传输线的合理布局至关重要。针对高频(5G)信号下对称传输线的传输性能和信号完整性问题,使用HFSS软件建立八层电路板和对称传输线的三维物理模型结构,并结合多导体传输线理论和电磁兼容原理对传输线的数学模型和物理模型进行分析,然后对仿真结果的全局频率均匀采样,计算频点的合格率。仿真结果表明,最佳线间距是三倍线宽,此时信号传输性能分别比一倍与二倍线间距提高了35.59%和12.49%;传输线越短,频点的合格率越高。模型分析和实测验证了仿真结果的正确性。The symmetric transmission line structure is widely used in the design of complex topology circuit system.The rational distribution of the transmission lines is crucial for ensuring the transmission performance.Therefore,a three-dimensional physical model structure with eight-layer circuit board and symmetrical transmission lines is established with HFSS software to guarantee the transmission performance and signal integrity of the symmetrical transmission lines under the background of high-frequency(5G)signals.The theory of multi-conductor transmission line and the principle of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)are used to analyze the mathematical model and physical model of the transmission lines.And then,the global frequency of the simulation results is uniformly sampled to calculate the percent of pass of the frequency points.The simulation results show that the optimal line spacing is three times of the line width,and the signal transmission performance at the optimal line spacing is 35.59%and 12.49%higher than that at the line spacing of one and double times respectively;the shorter the transmission line is,the higher the percent of pass of frequency points will be.The correctness of the simulation results was verified by model analysis and practical experiments.
