摘  要:铁矿烧结烟气是钢铁领域污染负荷最为严重的环节。目前,研究者在颗粒物、SO_(x)、NO_(x)治理方面已取得了很大的成效,但烧结烟气中还含有一定的CO_(x)(7%~10%的CO_(2)、0.4%~1%的CO),其对人类健康和社会环境具有严重的影响,也是未来烧结烟气治理的关注点。本研究在分析烧结烟气CO_(x)生成机理的基础上,从源头减量、过程控制、末端治理全方位出发,提出烧结烟气CO_(x)的减排策略和待研究的问题,包括厚料层烧结、氢系燃气喷吹、生物质燃料烧结、燃料粒度控制、涂层制粒烧结、添加剂预处理燃料、烟气循环、富氧烧结、蒸汽喷吹、CO催化氧化及CO_(2)的分离吸附等。Iron ore sintering flue gas is listed as the most heavily polluted part in the field of the steel industry,in which outstanding results have been achieved in the treatment of particulate matter,SOx and NOx pollution.However,sintering flue gas also contains a high level of CO_(2) and CO,whose concentrations in the flue gas are about 7%~10%and 0.4%~1%respectively with a serious impact on human health and the social environment.Therefore,the reduction of CO_(x) concentration will be focused on the treatment of sintering flue gas in the future.Based on the analysis of the generation mechanism of CO_(x) in the sintering flue gas,the efficient treatment strategies and the directions to be studied have been proposed from such aspects as source reduction,process control and end treatment.These technologies include deep-bed sintering,hydrogen gas injection,biomass fuel sintering,fuel particle size control,coating granulation sintering,additive pretreatment fuel,flue gas circulation,oxygen-enriched sintering,steam injection,CO catalytic oxidation,CO_(2) separation and adsorption,etc.
