摘 要:设计了小体积气体中氪(Kr)的自动分离装置。该装置可自动分离小体积气体中的Kr,通过热导检测器(TCD)监测分离效率,对3L空气样品的典型分离效率达90%,单次样品分离时间约为4 h。分离装置可以实现对液闪计数瓶的自动注入和密封。装置的软件可以实现对整个分离系统温度、压力、流量的监控,对Kr分离效率进行有效监测。结合液闪谱仪分析,该装置可应用于核设施气态流出物中^(85)Kr的监测,对3 L样品典型探测限约为10 Bq/m^(3)的水平。Based on the principles of adsorption and desorption with the activated carbon particles and gas chromatography at low temperature,the automatic separation apparatus of krypton from low volume gas was developed.The apparatus has two sections,i.e.the hardware section and software section.The hardware section includes the relative separation units of traps with molecu-lar sieves and activated carbon particles,gas chromatography,an automatic vial-sampler for liquid scintillation spectrometer,and a series of sensors of temperature,pressure and flow rate and preci-sion automatic valves.The separation efficiencies can be monitored through a thermal conductivity detector(TCD),and the typical efficiency for the 3 liters of air is about 90%with the separation process of 4 hours.The software section was designed to monitor and control the separation process including the conditions of temperature,pressure and flow rate,the switching of the auto-matic valves,and the separation efficiency.The apparatus is a competitive tool in the monitoring of°Kr in the gaseous effluent of nuclear facilities combined with the application of liquid scintil-lation spectrometer,and the detection limit of 10 Bq/m2 for 3 liters volume could be achieved con-servatively,and the relative standard deviation with 5 sets of experience for simulated gaseous ef-fluent of nuclear power plant showed as less than 10%.
