摘  要:针对当前高能激光系统的工程应用需求,设计了一种在一定目标距离范围内连续调焦聚焦的透射式高功率激光发射系统。首先通过理论分析高斯光束的远场聚焦特性,计算得到光学系统的放大倍率、光束角和发散角等参数;其次分别选取三片式、四片式和五片式作为设计模型,采用光学设计软件序列模式进行仿真分析,分析对比了三种结构形式的设计结果。为了提高系统的稳定性及透过率,且兼顾像差校正和镜头轴向距离等因素,最后选择五片透射式作为结构形式。该结构形式调焦方式简单,调焦曲线平滑易加工实现,由3片固定透镜和2片调焦透镜组成,使用全球面设计,实现了目标距离0.3~2 km范围内连续调焦聚焦。结果表明,该系统扩束比为6.5,发散角约为63μrad,公差分配后,波前在整个调焦行程中优于0.42λ,波前优于0.3λ的概率为90%,公差分配设计合理,且结构稳定可靠,光学性能优良,在高能激光领域有较好的应用前景。Aiming at the engineering application demand of current high energy laser system,a transmission high power laser emitting system with continuous focusing and focusing is designed in the range of some miles from the target. Firstly,the far-field focusing characteristics of Gaussian beam are analyzed theoretically,and the parameters such as amplification ratio,and angle of divergence are calculated. Then three,four and five pieces are selected as the design models,and the simulation analysis is carried out by using the optical design software sequence mode,and the design results of the three structures are analyzed and compared. In order to improve the stability and transmittance of the system,and to take into account the correction of aberration and the axial distance of the lens and other factors,the five-piece transmission type is selected as the structural form. The focusing curve of this structure is smooth and easy to be processed. It is composed of 3 fixed lenses and 2 focusing lenses,and spherical lens is used to realize the continuous focusing and focusing within the target distance of 0.3~2 km. The results show that the beam expansion ratio of the system is 6.5,the angle of divergence is about 63 μrad. The wavefront is better than 0.42λ in the whole focusing stroke,and the probability of the wavefront being better than 0.3 is 90% after the tolerance allocation. The design of the tolerance allocation is reasonable,and the structure is stable and reliable. As a result,the optical performance is excellent,and it has a good application prospect in the field of high-energy laser.
