摘  要:从激光陀螺的锁区理论模型出发,通过研究激光陀螺的锁区、综合背向散射以及光强信号之间的关系,分析了光强信号中所包含的锁区信号的特性,设计了滤波处理电路和信号提取算法,通过多阶滤波、精确采样和坐标变换跟踪,将光强信号中提取出的锁区信号进行控制,抑制了综合背向散射,充分发挥光学器件的性能,可降低激光陀螺仪长时间工作产生的零偏漂移,提高激光陀螺的零偏稳定性。Beginning with the theoretical model of lock-in of ring laser gyro,through the study of the relationship between the lock-in,backscatter and beam intensity,the characteristic of the lock-in signal contained in the laser beam signal is analyzed.The filtering circuit and signal extraction algorithm are designed.Through the precise control of sampling time,multiple order filtering and coordinate transform tracking,lock-in signal is extracted from beam intensity signal and controlled.It is important to take measures to suppress integrated backscatter and give full play to the performance of optical devices.It can decrease the bias drift on long time and improve the bias stability of gyro.
