摘  要:江西的双季早籼稻生产在全国有重要地位,但以往重产量轻品质。随着中国经济的发展,品质不佳的早籼稻种植效益低下,严重威胁中国粮食安全,成为水稻种植供给侧改革的重点方面。选育优质早籼常规稻是目前长江中下游早稻育种的重要方向之一。利用高产早籼‘中佳早18’与优质‘早籼辐805’‘/湘早籼45’后代进行杂交,在后代群体中持续多代进行田间选择和优质相关基因Wx、Alk和Chalk5的分子标记辅助选择,选择出获得了兼顾产量的优质早籼稻株系‘赣早优57’,为优质早稻品种的进一步培育打下基础。The production of double season early Indica rice in Jiangxi Province plays an important role in China,but in the past,the rice yield was more important than quality.With the development of China's economy,the poor quality of early indica rice has become the key aspect of the supply side reform.Breeding high quality early conventional rice is one of the important directions of early rice breeding in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.In this research,'Zhongjiazao18',a highyield early rice,was hybridized with the progenies of highquality early rice'Fu805'and'Xiangzaoxian 45'.The field selection and marker-assisted selection of quality related genes Wx,Alk and Chalk5 were carried out continuously for several generations in the progeny population.The early rice line'Ganzaoyou57',which had both high quality and high yield,was selected,would provide the foundation for the breeding of high-quality early rice varieties in future.
