摘  要:东乡野生稻作为迄今世界上分布最北的野生稻,具有耐旱、抗病虫、耐冷等优良抗逆特性,是宝贵的稻种资源。定位耐旱性相关QTL,对阐明其耐旱特性具有重要意义。本研究以东乡野生稻与9311构建的遗传群体为试验材料,开展东乡野生稻耐旱QTL定位研究。在7号染色体定位到一个耐旱主效QTL-qDR7,含有qDR7的株系在干旱条件下株高、最长根长、根表面积和根鲜重均比不含该QTL的株系要高,耐旱性明显强于不含有qDR7的株系。进一步分离鉴定过程中,把qDR7定位于7号染色体分子标记Indel8与Indel13间554.4 kb范围内。该研究结果有助于把东乡野生稻耐旱性优良基因导入栽培品种提供理论依据。At present,Dongxiang wild rice has the northernmost known growth range worldwide and possesses strong drought,cold,disease and insect resistance levels,as well as many other stress tolerance-related properties.Thus,it is a precious rice resource.Mapping quantitative trait loci(QTLs)that affect drought tolerance is of great importance to the application of drought-tolerance characteristics in rice breeding.In this study,Dongxiang wild rice and cultivar 9311 were used as the donor and receptor parents,respectively,to construct genetic materials for mapping the QTLs of drought tolerance.A major QTL,qDR7,of drought tolerance has been mapped on chromosome 7,and the strain containing qDR7 showed greater plant heights,root lengths,root surface areas and root fresh weights under drought conditions.This major QTL was identified between Indel8 and Indel13,spanning 554.4 kb on chromosome 7.Thus,the results might provide a theoretical basis for breeding the drought tolerance genes of Dongxiang wild rice into other cultivars.
