摘  要:为探索种子内含物质变化在大白花贝母种子形态休眠解除中的作用机理,本试验在筛选最佳浓度的基础上,测定在GA3处理下种子内可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、氨基酸、粗脂肪、淀粉含量以及淀粉酶的活性。结果显示:最佳浓度为30 mg/L GA3,60 d时解除种子形态休眠,比对照提前了20 d;30 mg/L GA3处理加速了可溶性糖、粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉的分解,提高了淀粉酶活性,提前启动了氨基酸的转化和利用。研究结果表明GA3处理通过加速种子内贮藏物质的转化和利用,从而加速了种胚发育,提前解除形态休眠。In order to study the mechanism of seed content change in the release of morphological dormancy of Fritillaria verticillata var.albidoflora seeds.On the basis of screening the optimum concentration,the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,amino acid,crude fat,starch and the activity of amylase in seeds treated with GA3 were determined.The results showed that:the most suitable concentration was 30 mg/L GA3.At 60 d,the morphological dormancy was basically released,20 days earlier than CK processing;30 mg/L GA3 treatment accelerated the decomposition of soluble sugar,crude fat,soluble protein and starch,increased amylase activity and started amino acids in advance.The results showed that GA3 treatment accelerated the transformation and utilization of storage materials in seeds,thus accelerating the development of seed embryos and releasing morphological dormancy in advance.
