摘　　要：目的:探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗髋臼骨折的临床效果.方法:选取2015年7月-2019年6月在我科住院治疗的髋臼骨折患者34例为研究对象,随机分成2组,分别应用桥接组合式内固定系统(观察组)和重建锁定钢板(对照组)进行治疗,分别记录手术用时、手术过程中的出血量等临床资料,术后定期随访.骨折复位评价基于Matta评分系统,术后髋关节功能评价基于改良Merle D'Aubigne and Postel评分,对数据进行统计学分析.结果:观察组患者的手术用时、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者骨折复位评分及髋关节功能评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:桥接组合式内固定系统创伤小、愈合快、易操作、固定牢靠、适应证广、并发症少,具有较好的临床应用价值.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bridge combined internal fixation system(BCFS)in the treatment of acetabular fracture.Methods:A total of 34 patients with acetabular fracture were selected from July 2015 to June 2019 in our Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 17cases in each group:The observation group was treated with bridge combined internal fixation system and the control group was given reconstructed locking plate internal fixation.Clinical data such as operation time and intraoperative blood loss were recorded.All patients were followed up regularly.The fracture reduction evaluation was based on Matta score system,and the postoperative hip function evaluation was based on the Merle DAubigne and Postel scoring system.All data were analyzed statistically.Result:The operation tim e,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in fracture reduction score and hip function score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The bridge combined internal fixation system,with the advantages of small trauma,fast recovery,flexible operation,reliable fixation,wide adaptation and fewer complications,has high clinical application value in pelvic fractures.
