负压封闭引流技术治疗骨创伤创面软组织损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗骨创伤创面软组织损伤的疗效观察效果.方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月本院接收治疗的由于骨创伤创面软组织造成损伤的患者90例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用负压封闭引流技术治疗.结果:观察组临床治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗后,观察组创面面积小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组发生并发症的概率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在治疗由骨创伤创面软组织造成损伤的患者的过程中,应用负压封闭引流技术进行医治,能够对患者产生的疼痛感进行减弱,有利于缓解患者较容易出现的焦虑紧张等负面情绪,从而降低患者发生并发症的概率,对患者的预后情况进行改善,同时可以降低患者的就医治疗费用,缩短患者住院和愈合的时间,具有明显的治疗效果,在临床上值得应用推广.Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of negative pressure closure drainage technique in the treatment of bone wound tissue injury.Methods:90 cases of patients with soft tissue injury of bone trauma wound admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with negative pressure closure drainage technology.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound area of patients in the study group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of dressing changes in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with bone trauma wounds with soft tissue injury in the process of applying the closed negative pressure drainage technology treatment,can relieve stress and other negative emotions of anxiety in the patients,patients can reduce pain,reduce complications and improve patients^prognosis,reduce the patients medical treatment cost,shorten the time of the patients in hospital and healing,has obvious treatment effect,is worth popularizing application in clinic.
