摘 要:目的:考察模拟临床诊断照射条件下数字化曲面断层机与普通牙科X射线机设备对牙科患者的照射剂量。方法:将60个圆片状氟化锂热释光剂量计(简称剂量计)平均分为5组,每组12个。第1组剂量计作为对照组,第2~5组剂量计分别按照普通牙科X射线机、数字化曲面断层机对口腔疾病的临床诊断照射条件,分别对成人、儿童牙科患者进行照射。用热释光剂量仪对5组剂量计进行计数、计算受照剂量并分析比较。结果:成人牙科患者使用普通牙科X射线机的受照剂量是(4.210±0.209)mSv,使用数字化曲面断层机的受照剂量是(1.123±0.085)mSv;其普通牙科X射线机的受照剂量是数字化曲面断层机的3.64倍(P<0.05)。儿童牙科患者使用普通牙科X射线机的受照剂量是(2.175±0.126)mSv,使用数字化曲面断层机的受照剂量是(0.429±0.041)mSv;其普通牙科X射线机的受照剂量是数字化曲面断层机的6.18倍(P<0.05)。结论:数字化曲面断层机设备在临床诊断口腔疾病照射条件下对牙科患者检查的照射剂量低于普通牙科X射线设备,安全性更好。Objective:To investigate the radiation dose of digital panoramic X-ray machine and ordinary dental X-ray machine on dental patients under simulated clinical diagnostic radiation conditions.Methods:60 disk-shaped lithium fluoride thermoluminescence dosimeters were divided into 5 groups,12 in each group.The first group of dosimeters was used as the control group,and the second to fifth groups of dosimeters were used to irradiate adult and child dental patients respectively according to the clinical diagnostic irradiation conditions of ordinary dental X-ray machine and digital panoramic X-ray machine.Thermoluminescence dosimeter was used to count,calculate and compare the radiation dose of 5 groups of dosimeters.Results:The exposure dose of adult dental patients using ordinary dental X-ray machine was(4.210±0.209)mSv,and that using digital panoramic X-ray machine was(1.123±0.085)mSv;The exposure dose of ordinary dental X-ray machine was 3.64 times of that of digital panoramic X-ray machine(P<0.05).The exposure dose of children dental patients using ordinary dental X-ray machine was(2.175±0.126)mSv,the exposure dose of children dental patients using digital panoramic X-ray machine was(0.429±0.041)mSv;The exposure dose of children dental patients using ordinary dental X-ray machine was 6.18 times of that using digital panoramic X-ray machine(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of clinical diagnosis of oral diseases,the radiation dose of digital panoramic X-ray equipment is lower than that of ordinary dental X-ray equipment,and its safety is better.
