摘  要:目的:分析蜡样芽胞杆菌采用VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪检测的结果。方法:使用标准方法对蜡样芽胞杆菌的标准菌株、阳性菌株检测,使用VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定系统检测,对比两种检测方法的检出时间和检出率。结果:标准方法与VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪在19株蜡样芽胞杆菌检测中符合率为100.00%,缩短检测时间为7~47h。结论:VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定系统在鉴定蜡样芽胞杆菌中具有较高的准确性,且检测速度更为快捷,操作步骤更为简便等特点,对于食源性疾病监测、食物中毒检测工作中更适合。Objective:To analyze the results of bacillus cereus detected by VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification instrument.Methods:The positive and standard strains of bacillus cereus were detected by standard method,and the detection time and detection rate of the two methods were compared by using VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification system.Results:The coincidence rate between the standard method and VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification instrument was 100.00%in the detection of 19 strains of bacillus cereus,and the shortened detection time was 7~47h.Conclusion:VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification system has a high accuracy in the identification of bacillus cereus,and the detection speed is faster,the operation procedures are more simple and so on.It is more suitable for foodborne disease monitoring and food poisoning detection.
