摘　　要：目的:探讨连续性静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗多脏器功能障碍综合征的应用价值。方法:选择本院2018年10月~2019年12月收治的60例多脏器功能障碍综合征的患者,根据临床预后分为死亡组20例和存活组40例,采用CVVH治疗,观察两组相关指标。结果:(1)存活组肾衰竭、呼吸衰竭、肝衰竭、心衰竭发生率均低于死亡组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,存活组APACHEII评分及CRP较治疗前降低,死亡组指标无明显变化;(3)CVVH治疗过程中患者体温、呼吸、血压、心率逐渐平稳,平均动脉压逐渐稳定并具有上升趋势,中心静脉压逐渐降至正常。结论:CVVH治疗多脏器功能障碍综合征的应用价值明显,治疗后病情严重程度下降,炎症状态得到有效控制,血流情况和生命体征趋于平稳。Objective:Explore the value of CVVH in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Methods:60 patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome were enrolled in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019,According to the clinical prognosis,the patients were divided into death group(20 cases)and survival group(40 cases),CVVH was used,the related indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)The incidence of renal failure,respiratory failure,liver failure and heart failure in the survival group was lower than that in the death group(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,APACHE II score and CRP in the survival group were lower than those before treatment,but there was no significant change in the death group;(3)During CVVH treatment,body temperature,respiration,blood pressure and heart rate were gradually stable,average arterial pressure was stable and increased,and central venous pressure was gradually reduced to normal.Conclusion:The value of CVVH in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome is obvious.After treatment,the degree of disease is decreased,the inflammation is controlled,the blood flow and vital signs are stable.
