摘　　要：目的:研究三腔尿管在妇科手术病人的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2018年12月~2020年1月于本院妇科治疗的妇科手术患者96例作为研究对象,分为实验组(n=46)和对照组(n=50),实验组采用三腔尿管留置导尿方案,对照组选用常规普通尿管留置导尿方案,分析患者舒适度及病原菌感染情况,观察临床疗效。结果:实验组阴性率明显高于对照组,实验组患者置入尿管后病原菌感染率(8.70%)明显低于对照组(48.00%),组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:在妇科手术的临床治疗中,应用三腔尿管进行导尿,临床效果显著,提升患者的生活质量。Objective:To study the clinical effect of three chamber catheter in gynecological operation.Methods:From December 2018 to January 2020,96 cases of hysteromyoma treated in our hospital were selected as research objects,divided into experimental group(n=46)and control group(n=50).The experimental group was treated with three lumen catheter,while the control group was treated with conventional catheter.The patient’s comfort and pathogen infection were analyzed,and the clinical effect were observed.Results:The negative rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the infection rate of pathogenic bacteria in the experimental group(8.70%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(48.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of gynecological surgery,the application of three chamber catheter for catheterization has significant clinical effect and improves the quality of life of patients.
