摘 要:目的:探究呼吸机对早期有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗的应用效果分析。方法:选取本院2018年12月~2020年12月收治的52例有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,平均分组,实验组(呼吸机干预)、对照组(常规治疗),对比两组患者治疗前后胆碱酯酶水平、血氧饱和度及呼吸力学指数。结果:实验组胆碱酯酶水平、血氧饱和度均显著高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);两组患者气道峰压及每分钟通气量在治疗24h时,无显著差异(P>0.05),实验组气道峰压及每分钟通气量在治疗72h后,较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸机干预可使胆碱酯酶水平、血氧饱和度得到显著改善,同时可通过呼吸机为肺功能恢复取得时间,进而改善呼吸力学指数。Objective:To explore the application effect of ventilator on patients with early organophosphorus pesticide poisoning combined with respiratory failure.Methods:52 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided equally into experimental group(ventilator intervention)and control group(conventional treatment).The two groups of patients were compared with the levels of cholinesterase and blood oxygen saturation before and after treatment.Degree and respiratory mechanics index.Results:The cholinesterase level and blood oxygen saturation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group,(P<0.05);the peak airway pressure and ventilation volume of the two groups of patients at 24h of treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The peak airway pressure and minute ventilation of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 72h of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ventilator intervention can significantly improve the level of cholinesterase and blood oxygen saturation.At the same time,the ventilator can obtain time for the recovery of lung function,thereby improving the respiratory mechanics index.
