摘　　要：对于移动式C形臂X光机具而言,具有便于移动、使用性能稳定、实操方式简单、呈现图像清晰等诸多优势,在当前阶段的医院手术室中具有非常广泛的使用范围,并且在骨科创伤和外科手术中的应用效果显著。因为该机器能够实现无接触式定位,同时还能够对机头高低和机身旋转角度进行灵活调整,并使其达到最佳位置。除上述情况外,选择脚踏控制系统或通过手柄控制系统的新型C型臂曝光操作方式还可以有效减少设备给医务人员造成的辐射。本文针对西门子C型臂X光机在使用过程中出现的故障诊断及处理方法展开研究,分析经典故障案例,总结相关处理经验,为同领域工作者提供合理化发展建议。For the mobile C-arm X-ray machine,it has many advantages,such as easy to move,stable performance,simple operation mode,clear image and so on.It has a very wide range of use in the hospital operating room at the current stage,and has a significant effect in orthopedic trauma and surgical operation.Because the machine can achieve non-contact positioning,but also the head height and body rotation angle can be flexibly adjusted to achieve the best position.In addition to the above situation,the new C-arm exposure operation mode of foot control system or handle control system can also effectively reduce the radiation caused by the equipment to medical staff.In this paper,Siemens C-arm X-ray machine in the process of using the fault diagnosis and treatment methods are studied,the classic fault cases are analyzed,and the relevant treatment experience is summarized,so as to provide reasonable development suggestions for workers in the field of system.
