摘　　要：随着医疗影像技术的提升和疑难杂症的增多,传统的二维诊断图像已很难满足临床的需求,利用医学影像技术和计算机图像处理技术,对符合DICOM标准的医学影像进行三维后处理,可为临床影像诊断提供辅助信息。文章简要对三维医学影像处理软件的有效性进行了分析和探讨,期望能科学合理地评价三维医学影像处理软件的有效性,对三维医学影像处理软件的研发和审评提供借鉴。With the improvement of medical imaging technology and the increase of difficult and miscellaneous diseases,the traditional 2D diagnostic image has been difficult to meet the clinical needs.The use of medical imaging technology and computer image processing technology,3D post-processing of medical images in line with DICOM standards can provide auxiliary information for clinical imaging diagnosis.This paper briefly analyzes and discusses the safety and effectiveness of three-dimensional medical image processing software,hoping to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the effectiveness of 3D medical image processing software,and provide reference for the development and technical evaluation of 3D medical image processing software.
