摘　　要：根管预备是根管治疗术的第一个步骤,有清洁作用,除去根管内的碎屑、残留牙髓等残留物、毒素、细菌及感染的牙本质,亦可扩大根管、修整管壁,为接下来的两个步骤提供良好的操作条件,其重要性不言而喻。根管预备器械对根管预备的效果具有决定性影响。文章对根管预备器械近年来在根管壁微裂治疗中的发展作一综述。Root canal preparation is the first step of root canal therapy,which has the function of cleaning.It can remove the debris,residual pulp and other residues,toxins,bacteria and infected dentin in the root canal,expand the root canal,repair the wall of the canal,and provide good operating conditions for the next two steps.Its importance is self-evident.The instrument of root canal preparation has a decisive influence on the effect of root canal preparation.In this paper,the development of root canal preparation instruments in the treatment of root canal wall microfissure in recent years is reviewed.
