声波根管预备器械在下颌磨牙C形根管治疗中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：下颌第二磨牙C形根管的解剖结构比较复杂,因此在根管预备中存在很大的困难,尤其是老年人,出现增龄性改变,导致根管预备的成功率进一步下降。声波根管预备器械在下颌磨牙C形根管预备中具有较好的应用价值,因此文章主要针对其在下颌磨牙C形根管治疗中的应用中展开探讨。The anatomical structure of the c-shaped root canal of the mandibular second molar is relatively complex,so there are great difficulties in the root canal preparation,especially in the elderly,aging changes occur,resulting in a further decline in the success rate of root preparation.Acoustic root canal instrumentation has good application value in c-shaped root canal instrumentation of mandibular molar.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses its application in c-shaped root canal therapy of mandibular molar.
