摘　　要：目的:探讨钡灌肠与多层螺旋CT扫描结合在结肠冗长症诊断中的应用价值。方法:对2016年1月~2019年10月本院诊治的38例成人结肠冗长症患者的钡灌肠和CT影像资料进行分析评估。结果:38例患者中,升结肠冗长症1例,横结肠冗长症16例,降结肠冗长症3例,乙状结肠冗长症18例,横结肠冗长及乙状结肠均冗长10例;结肠1个或两个回折26例,三个或四个回折12例;伴巨结肠2例。结论:钡灌肠和多层螺旋CT检查对结肠冗长症的诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective:To explore the value of barium enema combined with multislice CT scan in the diagnosis of colonic verbosity.Methods:Barium enema and CT imaging data of 38 adult patients with colonic verbosity diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2019 were analyzed and evaluated.Results:Among the 38 patients,there were 1 case of ascending colon redundant disease,16 cases of transverse colon redundant disease,3 cases of descending colon redundant disease,18 cases of sigmoid colon redundant disease,10 cases of both transverse colon redundant and sigmoid colon redundant;1 or 2 colon folds in 26 cases,three or four turn back in 12 cases;with Hirschsprung's disease in 2 cases.Conclusion:Barium enema and multislice CT have important clinical significance in the diagnosis of colonic verbosity.
