摘　　要：目的:观察Carnation-86E光子治疗仪治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:纳入2019年1月~2020年1月于本院门诊就诊的带状疱疹患者共100例作为观察对象,随机分组为2组,各50例,对照组抗病毒,局部采用传统的半导体激光治疗;观察组抗病毒,局部采用Carnation-86E光子治疗仪治疗。评估并比较2组间疗效。结果:2组结痂时间、止痛时间、痊愈时间、痊愈率及后遗神经痛发生率无明显差别,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:Carnation-86E光子治疗仪治疗带状疱疹简单有效,缩短疗程,减轻疼痛,预防感染,降低后遗神经痛发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of Carnation-86E photon therapy instrument on herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 100 patients with herpes zoster who were treated in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included as observation objects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group were antiviral and the traditional semiconductor laser was used in the local part.The observation group was anti-viral and locally treated with Carnation-86E photon therapy instrument.Evaluate and compare the efficacy between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the time of scab formation,pain relief,recovery time,recovery rate,and incidence of post-neuralgia between the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Carnation-86E photon therapy instrument is simple and effective to treat herpes zoster,shorten the course of treatment,relieve pain,prevent infection,and reduce the incidence of sequelae neuralgia.
