根管一次法治疗后牙慢性根尖周炎的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究根管一次法治疗的效果。方法:纳入2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的后牙慢性根尖周炎患者120例为观察对象,采取抽签分组方法分为观察组与对照组各60例,分别采取根管一次法治疗方式与多次根管治疗方式,分析并且对比两组各项指标。结果:观察组和对照组术前、术后VAS评分均无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组牙周指标优于对照组,(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:通过对后牙慢性根尖周炎患者实施根管一次法治疗,与多次根管治疗方式相比,具有多种优势,能提高患者治疗效果。Objective:To study the effect of one-time root canal therapy.Methods:The subjects were 120 patients with chronic apical periodontitis of posterior teeth from February 2019 to February 2020.They were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by drawing lots.They were treated in two different ways:one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy.The indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the observation group and the control group before and after operation(P>0.05).The periodontal index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of chronic periapical periodontitis patients in the observation group was different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with multiple root canal treatments,one-time root canal therapy has many advantages and can improve the treatment effect of patients with chronic apical periodontitis of posterior teeth.
