摘　　要：医疗设备安全稳定运行与医院医疗服务质量有密切关系,要实现医疗服务质量的持续提升,应做好医疗设备的维护工作。为保障医疗设备故障维修的时效性,可明确配件分类方式,制定与医院发展战略相符的采购制度,对医疗设备维修配件予以采购,提升医疗设备的维修效率,确保医疗设备能安全稳定运行,增强医院医疗服务质量。新型的医疗设备维修配件供应管理模式,能提升医院采购管理的水平,实现医疗设备的预防性维护有重要意义。The safe and stable operation of medical equipment is closely related to the quality of medical services in hospitals.To achieve continuous improvement of the quality of medical services,the maintenance of medical equipment should be done well.In order to ensure the timeliness of medical equipment failure maintenance,we can clarify the classification of parts,formulate a procurement system that is consistent with the hospital’s development strategy,purchase medical equipment maintenance parts,improve the maintenance efficiency of medical equipment,ensure the safe and stable operation of medical equipment,and enhance the quality of hospital medical services.The new supply management model of repair parts for medical equipment can improve the level of hospital procurement management,and it is of great significance to realize preventive maintenance of medical equipment.
