综合医院的妇幼保健管理模式研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院采用新模式进行妇幼保健管理后获得应用效果。方法将龙岩人民医院2017年5月—2020年2月工作的40名妇幼保健人员数字奇偶法分组;管理组(20名):采用新型模式完成妇幼保健管理;对照组(20名):采用传统模式完成妇幼保健管理;就组间妇幼保健人员工作效率以及满意率展开对比。结果管理组妇幼保健人员妇女保健服务率(90.00%)、公共卫生服务率(95.00%)均高于对照组(60.00%)、(65.00%)(P<0.05);管理组妇幼保健人员满意率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%)(P<0.05)。结论综合医院中新型模式的有效应用,可使得妇幼保健管理效果显著提升,期间对于网络辅助管理可以充分应用,对于信息资源可以充分共享,将监管制度充分加强,将人才培养有效加快,最终使得妇幼保健人员工作积极性显著提升,使得妇幼保健工作质量获得确切提升。Objective To explore the effect of applying a new model for maternal and child health management in general hospitals.Methods From May 2017 to February 2020,group the 40 parity methods of 40 women and children health care workers working in Longyan People's Hospital;management group(20 case):adopt a new model to complete the management of women and children health care;control group(20 case):adopt the traditional model completes the management of maternal and child health care;it compares the work efficiency and satisfaction rate of maternal and child health care staff among the groups.Results The women's health care service rate(90.00%)and public health service rate(95.00%)of the maternal and child health care personnel in the management group were significantly higher than those in the control group(60.00%)and(65.00%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of the new model in general hospitals can significantly improve the effectiveness of maternal and child health management.During the period,it can be fully applied to network-assisted management,information resources can be fully shared,the supervision system is fully strengthened,and personnel training is effectively accelerated the work enthusiasm of maternal and child health care personnel has been significantly improved,which has made the quality of maternal and child health care work improved.
