气管切开伴吞咽障碍患者中应用说话瓣膜对误吸和渗漏发生率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析探究将说话瓣膜应用于气管切开伴吞咽障碍患者中对于误吸以及渗漏发生率产生的影响。方法选择本院2020年1—10月收治的气管切开伴吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,选取例数为62例,选用随机数字表法将其均匀划分为对照组和观察组,对照组在治疗期间未佩戴说话瓣膜,观察组患者在采取治疗措施的同时佩戴说话瓣膜,对比分析两组患者误吸、渗漏等并发症发生概率、吞咽障碍评分。结果此次研究结果证实观察组在佩戴说话瓣膜以后误吸、渗漏发生概率有所降低,和对照组进行比较差异显著,所得结果为P<0.05;治疗前,对比分析两组患者吞咽障碍评分,所得结果为P>0.05;治疗后,观察组吞咽障碍评分和对照组进行比较明显较低,组间数值对比结果为P<0.05。结论将说话瓣膜应用于气管切开伴吞咽障碍患者中具有较高的应用价值,能够帮助患者逐步改善误吸以及渗漏程度,降低了误吸、渗漏发生概率,有利于改善患者吞咽功能,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of speech valve on aspiration and leakage in tracheotomy patients with dysphagia.Methods 62 patients from January to October 2020 with tracheotomy and dysphagia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group did not wear speech valve during the treatment,while the observation group wore speech valve while taking treatment measures.The incidences of aspiration,leakage and other complications,dysphagia scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The results of this study confirmed that the probability of aspiration and leakage in the observation group decreased after wearing the speaking valve,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the dysphagia score between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,the dysphagia score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of speech valve in tracheotomy patients with dysphagia has high application value,which can help patients gradually improve the degree of aspiration and leakage,reduce the probability of aspiration and leakage,which is conducive to improve the swallowing function of patients,and it is worthy of application.
