基于互动达标理论在结肠镜肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨互动达标理论在结肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—8月与2019年1—8月在本院消化科进行结肠镜检查的824例患者为研究对象,其中2018年1—8月的398例患者为对照组,2019年1—8月的426例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规宣教方法实施肠道准备护理,观察组采用互动达标理论实施肠道准备护理。分析两组患者的肠道准备清洁度、肠道准备不良反应发生率及肠道准备知识知晓率之间的差异。结果观察组肠道准备清洁度及肠道知识知晓率均高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用互动达标理论实施肠道准备,能有效提高患者肠道准备清洁度和肠道准备知识知晓率,降低不良反应发生率,同时提升了护理工作质量。Objective To explore the application effect of interactive compliance theory in intestinal preparation of patients underwent colonoscopy.Methods A total of 824 patients underwent colonoscopy from January to August 2018 and from January to August 2019 in the department of gastroenterology,including 398 patients from January to August 2018 as the control group,from January to August 2019,426 patients were observed.The control group was adopted routine propaganda and education method to carry out bowel preparation nursing,and the observation group was adopted interactive reaching standard theory to carry out bowel preparation nursing.The difference of bowel preparation cleanliness,the incidence of adverse reactions and the awareness rate of bowel preparation knowledge between the two groups were analyzed.Results The observation group’s intestinal preparation cleanliness and the intestinal tract knowledge rate are higher than the control group,the observation group adverse reaction rate is lower than the control group,the difference has the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the theory of interactive reaching standard in bowel preparation can effectively improve patients’bowel preparation cleanliness and bowel preparation knowledge,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of nursing work.
