摘 要:简要概述了聚碳酸酯(PC)与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)增容机理,即改善界面黏合性、增强两相间相互作用及降低两相之间的界面张力。主要介绍了对合金体系增容所采取的几种措施,包括采用酯交换催化剂、共聚物以及纳米颗粒等。若添加剂及工艺合理,则有望制备出相容性良好且力学性能优异,能够进行实际生产应用的PC/PMMA合金。最后展望了PC/PMMA合金增容改性的研究方向和发展前景。The compatibilizing mechanisms for polycarbonate(PC)and poly(methyl methacrylate ) (PMMA)were briefly summarized,which were the improvement of the interaction and interfacial adhesion between PC and PMMA,and the reduction of the interfacial tension between two phases.Several methods to compatibilize the system were introduced,including the use of transesterification catalysts,prefabricated copolymers,functional nanoparticles and so on.If the additives and processing technology were reasonable,it was expected to prepare PC/PMMA alloys with the good compatibility and excellent mechanical properties,which could be used in commercial production and application.Finally,the research direction and development prospect of compatibilization modification of PC/PMMA alloy were prospected.
