摘  要:采用金属盐混合物,将氯化铜(CuCl_2),氯化锌(ZnCl_2)与硫氰酸钾(KSCN),碘化钾(KI)混合,然后对聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)进行改性。利用压缩测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)和醛酮挥发物测试对所有样品进行分析。结果表明,改性后的PUF具有较高的压应力,改善的氧化稳定性和显着降低的醛酮挥发,其中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙醛、巴豆醛、甲基丙烯醛、丁酮和丁醛已低到检测极限以下,对于样品B,其甲醛的排放量降低至检测极限以下,样品C、D、E的甲醛排放量依次减少到纯PUF的0.355%,1.877%、1.319%。而样品B、C、D、E丙酮的排放量分别降低至纯PUF的0.024%、0.074%、0.040%、0.058%。The metal salt mixture of copper chloride(CuCl 2 ),zinc chloride(ZnCl 2 ),potassium thiocyanate(KSCN)and potassium iodide(KI)was used to modify polyurethane foam(PUF).All samples were analyzed by compression test,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and volatile organic compound(VOC)test.The results show that PUF has higher compressive stress,good oxidation stability and significantly reduces aldehydes and ketones volatilization,including acetaldehyde,acrolein,propionaldehyde,crotonaldehyde,methacrolein,methyl ethyl ketone and butyraldehyde,which has fallen below the detection limit.For sample B,its formaldehyde emissions are reduced below the detection limit,and the formaldehyde emissions of samples C,D,and E are reduced to 0.355%,1.877%,and 1.319%of pure PUF.The acetone emissions of samples B,C,D,and E are reduced to 0.024%,0.074%,0.040%,and 0.058%of pure PUF,respectively.
