摘  要:以乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(EBA-GMA)作为相容剂,通过熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(PLA/OBC)合金材料。采用摆锤冲击仪、红外光谱仪、扫描电镜和旋转流变仪等设备考察了EBA-GMA含量对PLA/OBC合金结构和性能的影响。结果表明,EBA-GMA能在PLA和OBC之间起到反应性增容作用。当EBA-GMA含量为4 phr时,合金的力学性能得到明显改善,此时缺口冲击强度变化最快;与此同时,分散相OBC颗粒平均粒径降低至最小值1.36μm;另外,合金的储能模量得到提高,熔体弹性实现增强。Polylactic acid/ethylene-octene block copolymer(PLA/OBC)alloy was prepared by melt blending method with ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer(EBA-GMA)as compatibilizer.The effect of EBA-GMA contents on the structure and properties of PLA/OBC alloy was investigated by pendulum impact tester,infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope and rotational rheometer and so on.The results show that EBA-GMA can act as a reactive compatibilizer between PLA and OBC.When the content of EBA-GMA is 4 phr,the mechanical properties of the alloy are improved obviously and the change of notched impact strength is the fastest.At the same time,the average particle size of OBC decreases to the minimum value of 1.36μm.Besides,the storage modulus and elasticity of the alloy are improved.
