摘  要:将聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料废弃物(wPVC)通过双螺杆挤出机,把不同份数的wPVC加入到未使用过的J-70型PVC电缆料(J-70PVC)中混合制备w PVC/J-70PVC,再用注射机注塑成型的方法来制得标准样条。研究不同配比wPVC/J-70PVC的拉伸、热老化、体积电阻率等性能,并对其拉伸断面形貌的微观性能进行测试。结果表明,根据GB/T 8815—2008中J-70的各项指标来分析,本研究除电气强度和冲击脆化性能未测试外,秉承最大限度地回收wPVC的理念,应选择15w PVC/J-70PVC回收利用重新作为J-70电缆料来生产最佳,其性能达标且生产成本最低。wPVC/J-70PVC was prepared by adding different parts of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)cable material waste(wPVC)into unused J-70 PVC cable material(J-70PVC)through a twin-screw extruder,and then standard samples were obtained by injection molding.The tensile,thermal aging and volume resistivity of wPVC/J-70PVC with different ratios were studied,and its tensile section morphology were tested.The results show that the various indicators of J-70 in GB/T 8815—2008 are analyzed besides the dielectric strength and impact embrittlement performance.In order to maximize the recovery of wPVC,15wPVC/J-70PVC could be the optimal choice to be recycled as cable material,its performance could meet the standard and the production cost is the lowest.
