摘  要:目的:基于扫频源光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)研制全眼组织参数测量系统,用于全眼成像和精确测量眼轴长度等眼组织参数。方法:使用基于垂直腔表面发射激光(vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser,VCSEL)的扫频激光器作为系统光源,并集成内固视灯组件和视频监视组件构建该系统。通过计算机控制图像采集及信号处理,获得目标组织的结构图像;再通过结构图像上组织的位置信息,获得眼轴长度等生物组织参数。通过模拟眼测试实验和对成人眼球的测量实验(与IOL Master 700对比)验证该系统的性能。结果:模拟眼测试实验表明,该系统能够准确测量玻璃靶各镜片间的距离,具有很好的测量准确度;8例成人眼球测量实验表明,该系统的测量结果与IOL Master 700的测量结果具有较高的一致性。结论:该系统准确地实现了眼轴长度的测量,可满足临床测量要求,为眼科疾病的诊断和防治提供理论依据。Objective To develop a whole-eye tissue measurement system based on swept frequency optical coherence tomography(OCT)for whole-eye imaging and precise measurement of ocular tissue parameters such as eye axial length.Methods A whole-eye tissue measurement system was built using a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser(VCSEL)based swept-source laser as the light source,and an integrated internal fixation lamp assembly and video surveillance assembly.The system executed computer-controlled image acquisition and signal processing to obtain structural images of the target tissues,and then the biological tissue parameters such as the length of the eye axis were got from the position information of the tissue on the structural images.The performances of the system were verified by simulated eye tests and comparion with IOL Master 700 in measurements on adult eyes.Results Simulated eye tests showed that the system accurately measured the distance between the lenses of the glass target with high measurement accuracy;eight cases of adult eye measurement experiments proved that the system's measurement results were in high agreement with those of the IOL Master 700.Conclusion The system developed accurately measures eye axis length,which meets clinical measurement requirements and provides a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and prevention of ophthalmic diseases.
