摘　　要：脾脏与变应性鼻炎关系密切。本文从病因病机、经脉络属、生理、病理功能等方面探讨脾与变应性鼻炎的关系,阐述脾虚为变应性鼻炎发病的根本病机,提示变应性鼻炎临床遣方用药当重视"益气健脾,升阳通窍"之法,并从现代病理、药理学及临床案例证实益气健脾的重要性,为临床从脾论治变应性鼻炎提供思路。The spleen is closely related to allergic rhinitis.This paper discusses the relationship between spleen and allergic rhinitis from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,meridians,physiology,pathological functions.and expounds that spleen deficiency is the fundamental pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.It is suggested that the method of"Tonifying qi and invigorating spleen,as well as raising yang and unblocking stuffy orifice"should be paid more attention to in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The importance of tonifying qi and invigorating spleen has been proved by modern pathological,pharmacological and clinical basis,and has provided ideas for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis from the aspect of spleen.
