摘  要:使用KBL 24-2-90型编织机制作了两种编织结构和4种编织角的玄武岩纤维二维编织线性材料。在横纵摩擦方向上进行摩擦试验,研究了玄武岩纤维二维编织线性材料的摩擦破坏形式以及编织结构和编织角对其摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:玄武岩纤维线材的摩擦破坏形式分为编织点中心破坏和编织点两端破坏;2×2编织结构线材的拉伸性能和摩擦性能远优于1×1编织结构线材;玄武岩纤维线材的纵向摩擦性能受编织角变化的影响较大;随编织角增大,试样的断裂强度先增大后减小,20°时强度损失率最大,为24.6%;横向摩擦对玄武岩纤维线材磨损破坏比纵向摩擦严重,但受编织角变化的影响较小。Two kinds of basalt fiber 2-D braided linear materials with two kinds of braiding structures and four kinds of braiding angles are fabricated by KBL 24-2-90 braiding machine.Friction tests are carried out in the transverse and longitudinal directions to study the friction failure mode of basalt fiber 2-D braided linear material and the influence of braiding structure and braiding angle on its friction properties.The results reveal that there are two main types of friction failure form of basalt fiber braided linear materials,the center failure of the braided point and two ends failure of the braided point.The tensile and friction properties of the 2×2 braided structure are better than that of the 1×1 braided structure.The longitudinal friction performance of basalt fiber braided linear materials is greatly affected by the change of braiding angle.As the braiding angle increase,the breaking strength of the sample increases first and then decreases.The maximum strength loss rate at 20°is 24.6%.Transverse friction has greater effect on the friction failure of basalt fiber linear materials than that of the longitudinal friction but is less affected by changes in braiding angle.
