摘　　要：为丰富牛仔布的花式品种,开发出一种天丝/麻混纺弹力竹节牛仔布。介绍了产品设计中的原料选用与搭配、织物规格与织物技术参数。重点对经纱染色、经轴上浆、剑杆织造工序的生产工艺与技术措施进行详细论述,并对后整理工艺要点作了说明。所设计的产品具有柔软、舒适、弹性、粗犷的特性。In order to enrich the variety of denim,the Tencel/linen blending elastic slub denim is developed.The selection and collocation of raw materials in product design,fabric specifications and technical parameters of fabric are introduced.The production process and the technical measures of warp dyeing,warp sizing,rapier weaving process are emphasisly discussed in detail,and the main points of the finishing process are explained.The designed product is soft,comfortable,elastic and rough.
