摘 要:针对YG086型缕纱测长机通过“先计长后剪断计重”的模式测试纱线线密度和片段间线密度不匀率所存在的缺陷,设计开发“计重和计长同步进行”的测试仪器,保持纱线的连续可回收再利用。计长采用连接光电编码器的计长盘,替代原先周长1 m的缕纱框,计长结果可精确至0.01 m,且避免了纱线重叠带来的误差。采用程序控制,可一次完成多组线密度数值的测试,以计算片段间纱线细度不匀率。纱线经过槽筒引到回收筒子上形成新的卷装。以粗特纯棉纱和细特涤纶长丝两种典型产品为代表进行测试分析,结果表明:对比仲裁值,电子计长单元计长准确度分别为99.93%和99.87%,线密度测试结果准确度分别为99.84%和99.44%;试验过程一次完成,降低了劳动强度,避免了二次误差,耗时仅为常规测试方法的20%左右;同时原料可回收,节约了大量劳动力和原料成本。Aiming at the shortcomings of YG086 yarn length measuring machine to test the yarn linear density and fragments unevenness through the mode of“length counting first,then cutting weight”,a testing instrument with“simultaneous weight and length measurement”is designed and developed.The yarn could be continuously recycled and reused.The counting length adopts a counting disk connected with an optical encoder,replacing the original yarn frame with a circumference of 1 m,and the counting result could be accurate to 0.01 m,avoiding errors caused by yarn overlapping.Using program control,multiple sets of linear density values could be tested at one time to calculate the yarn fragments unevenness,and the yarn is guided to the recovery package to form a new package.Testing and analysis are performed on two typical products:coarse cotton yarn and fine polyester filament.The results show that comparing the arbitration value,the accuracy of the electronic length-counting unit are 99.93%and 99.87%,respectively.The accuracy of the linear density test results are 99.84%and 99.44%,respectively.The entire experimental process is completed in one time,which could reduce labor intensity and avoid secondary errors.The time consumption is only about 20%of the conventional test method.At the same time,the raw materials could be recycled,which greatly could save large labor and raw material costs.
