摘 要:根据现有三向交织平纹织物的结构及其织造过程,为简化织造工艺,改良织物性能,提出异型三向交织平纹织物的结构模型,并设计新型45°双向开口织造法。研制异型三向交织平纹织物织造系统,采用伺服电动缸作为45°双向开口机构驱动部件,采用气缸作为引纬、打纬机构的驱动部件,并在单片微控制器上实现了各机构的协调运行。利用ADAMS完成开口机构仿真分析,结果证实,开口机构达到织造要求并取得良好的运动规律曲线,确保了织造系统的可靠性。According to the existing three-way interwoven plain weave structure and its weaving process,in order to simplify the weaving process and improve the fabric performance,a special three-way interwoven plain weave structure model is proposed,and a new 45°two-way open weaving method is designed.A special three-way interwoven plain weaving system is developed.The servo electric cylinder is used as the driving part of the 45°bidirectional opening mechanism,the cylinder is used as the driving part of the weft insertion and beating mechanism,and the coordinated operation of each mechanism is realized on a single-chip microcontroller.The simulation analysis of the opening mechanism is completed by using ADAMS to achieve weaving requirements and obtain a good motion regular curve to ensure the reliability of the weaving system.
