摘　　要：立磨行星齿轮主减速机是立磨运行的核心设备,巡检发现一运行2000h的JLP330B行星齿轮减速机出现的偏载问题,分析减速机的二级平行斜齿轮副啮合出现问题,分步骤排查出减速机的二级传动部位,主动平行斜齿轴轴系和从动斜齿轴轴系中心线不平行,成功排除故障。Vertical mill planetary gear main reducer is the core equipment of vertical mill operation.Inspection found a eccentric load problem of a JLP330B planetary gear reducer running for 2000 h.Analyse the two-stage parallel helical gear pair meshing problem of the reducer,Step by step to find out the secondary transmission part of the reducer,the active parallel helical gear shaft system and the driven helical gear shaft system center lines are not parallel,successfully troubleshooting.
