摘 要:目的探讨互助式学习管理在临床医学专业硕士学位培养中的应用。方法选择2018年9月—2019年10月在医院进修学习的56名医学专业硕士学位研究生,随机分为2组,各28名。对照组给予常规带教管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施互助式学习管理模式,比较两组考核成绩及实践活动考核情况。结果培训前两组考核成绩、实践活动评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后两组考核成绩、实践活动评分均高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医学专业硕士学位培养中应用互助式学习管理,可提高硕士学位生考核成绩及实践活动能力。Objective To explore the application of mutual-aid learning management model for international students and graduate students in the cultivation of master's degree in clinical medicine.Methods 56 medical master degree graduate students who studied in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,28 each.The control group was given the routine teaching management mode,and the observation group implemented the mutual aid learning management mode on the basis of the control group,and compared the results of the examination and the of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Nuclear scores,practice activity scores were higher than before training,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the mutual-aid learning management model of international students and graduate students in the training of master's degree in clinical medicine can improve the examination results and practical activity ability of master's degree students,which is worthy of clinical use.
