摘 要:目的评价应用基于翻转课堂的理念在初产妇产前健康教育中的效果。方法选择在医院进行孕期产检的200名初产妇,按照首次产检时间先后顺序,并愿意参加孕妇学校学习的初产妇随机分到观察组和对照组各100例。观察组初产妇从孕16~38周接受翻转课堂理念的产前健康教育,对照组孕妇参加常规的孕妇学校学习,观察两组初产妇在不同孕期体质量增长情况和分娩自我效能得分情况。结果观察组孕妇在孕早期体质量增加与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组孕妇在孕中期和孕晚期体质量增加均比对照组低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组初产妇分娩自我自效能得分比对照组明显要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于翻转课堂理念的初产妇产前健康教育能够有效控孕中期和孕晚期的体质量增长、提高初产妇分娩自我效能,减少母婴并发症。Objective To evaluate the effect of prenatal health education for primipara based on the idea of reversal classroom.Methods 200 primipara were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group according to the time sequence of the first examination and willing to attend the school of pregnant women.The pregnant women in the observation group received prenatal health education from 16 weeks pregnant to 38 weeks pregnant,and the pregnant women in the control group attended the normal pregnant school,the weight gain and the score of delivery self-efficacy of primipara were observed in two groups.Result There was no significant difference in weight gain between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and the weight gain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The parturient self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The prenatal health education of primipara based on the idea of overturned classroom can effectively control the weight gain and improve the self-efficacy of primipara in the middle and late pregnancy,and reduce the complications of mother and baby.
