摘　　要：介绍了产品查新的概况,通过探讨产品查新与一般项目查新的相通性和差异性,发现产品查新存在查新点内容与实际不符、数据库资源支撑不足、检索系统功能缺陷等问题,提出了查新员应持续学习、重视前期沟通、耐心对待文献、精准甄别信息,数据库商应加强资源建设、升级检索系统的对策。This paper introduces the general situation of product novelty search,discusses the similarities and the differences between product novelty search and general research project novelty search and finds that the contents of novelty search points are inconsistent with the actual situation,the database resources are insufficient,and the function of the retrieval system is defective in product novelty search,and puts forward some countermeasures including novelty searchers should continue to learn and improve,attach importance to early communication,be patient with literature,and accurately identify information,database providers should strengthen resource construction and upgrade retrieval system.
